Hopewell Hills, like its next door neighbor “Gathered Stones”, is all about bubbles and crystals. Smaller and finer bubbles and crystals produce a wine that is somewhat softer than “Gathered Stones". With fruit driven energy that illuminates in waves coursing through the wine. The same fruit profile as Gathered Stones but with slightly more placid energy. Polished and layered, with vibrant black raspberry, savory bay leaf and crushed rock accents that build toward refined tannins. Explore the soil layers →

A bouillabaisse of bright red iron, silty clay loam basalt. Rock-Sandy rather than stony, Worden Hill was formed by a landslide of volcanic rock that weathered in place and is now just a couple of thousand years from becoming topsoil. This wine has red and blue fruit flavors from edge to edge, with noticeable but thin high tension threads holding it all together in a seamless web. Fresh and snappy with black cherry, layered with blueberries and hints of smoke wrapped in a silken mouthfeel. Explore the soil layers →
